Terms and Conditions for Traveleeze Traveler

I. Definitions
- "Account" means your account created on the Traveleeze App.
- "Content" means any text, data, information, graphics, images, photographs, audio, video, or other materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise made available through the Services.
- "Guide" means a tour guide who provides tour services through the Services.
- "Indonesian Law" refers to the laws and regulations of Indonesia.
- "Services" means the Traveleeze mobile application, website, and all related services offered by Traveleeze.
- "Traveleeze" means the company that owns and operates the Services.
- "You" means the individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
II. Account Registration
You must be 18 years or older to use Traveleeze. To create an account, provide your name, email, and password, and verify your email by entering a 4-digit OTP code sent to the registered email. Creating an account is required to access tours and booking services through Traveleeze.
III. Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all platforms of Traveleeze, including iOS and Android operating systems. By using the Traveleeze application, you agree to these terms. The Traveleeze Traveler App may receive periodic updates for service improvements, bug fixes, feature additions, and error corrections. Based on your device settings, the app may:
- The Traveleeze App will automatically download and install available updates, or
- Notify you or prompt you to update the application.
You are required to promptly download and install all updates. Failure to update may result in suboptimal app performance.
IV. Tour Booking
Travelers can book tours through the app with the freedom to choose tours based on selected cities and categories. Once the booking request is accepted by Guide, travelers will receive a response within a timeframe. Please note that some of your data will be shared with the Guide to facilitate the booking process. Your booking will be confirmed after a successful payment.
V. Custom Tour
Traveleeze offers a Custom Tour feature, allowing you to combine multiple tour packages provided by the Guide for multi-day travel. You can select your preferred travel dates and choose one tour package per day(s). Upon completion, you can proceed with the payment for the entire custom tour package.
VI. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party services to PT Traveleeze Sejahtera Abadi. You must complete the payment within a time frame after the Guide’s acceptance to avoid cancellation. Payment verification is automated. You will receive payment reminders and receipts via email; ensure you check your email regularly.
VII. Communication
Traveleeze provides an in-app chat feature for communication between Travelers and Guides. Upon a successful payment, the in-app chat feature will be activated for direct communication with the Guide. It is recommended to use this chat feature exclusively and avoid sharing contact details outside the app. Traveleeze ensures the confidentiality of your personal data, including your phone number and email address.
VIII. Review and Rating
After completing your tour, you have 24 hours to finalize the transaction in the Services. If not completed within this period, the system will automatically close the booking. You can then leave a rating and a review for your tour and Guide. Your feedback will be published on the Application for other Travelers to view.
IX. Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
You may request to reschedule a tour through the Services' transaction menu. Please refer to our detailed reschedule and cancellation policy for specific terms and conditions.
X. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies), Traveleeze is not responsible for disruptions to guiding services. In such cases, Guides and Travelers will be advised on appropriate actions, including rescheduling or cancellations.
XI. Data Protection
All Content provided through the Services is securely stored in our database and will not be shared with third parties. Your personal data and tour details remain your property. Only essential information is shared with Guides for the purpose of booking and travel arrangements.
XII. Travel Wallet & Travel Diary
Traveleeze includes a Travel Wallet feature for storing important travel documents such as identification, driver's license, passport, visa, and others (e.g., medical notes, tickets). All stored documents remain confidential and are accessible only to you.
The Travel Wallet also offers a Travel Diary feature for saving and sharing photos from your tours. Photos uploaded to the Travel Diary can be shared within the app or on social media. You may add captions to your photos for a personalized touch.
XII. Content
Content related to tour packages is uploaded by Guides, content in travel diaries is uploaded by Travelers, and other materials are curated by Traveleeze.
Any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of our policies, including but not limited to issues related to diversity and inclusion (such as ethnicity, religion, and race), will result in deletion from the services and may be subject to further action in accordance with Indonesian law.
XIV. Insurance
Traveleeze does not provide any form of insurance for tours or activities booked through our platform. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that Traveleeze is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur during tours.
